Experience movement of your body with awareness to build strength, flexibility and stability. Release your body with gentle stretching to promote greater ease and range of movement. Develop a deeper awareness of Self. Center your focus to the present moment cultivating a greater sense of peace, calm, balance and clarity.
7 – 8.30 am
Cost $15 per class or pre-pay $120 for 10 classes.
To attend this class it is advised students have some prior yoga or pilates experience. Please note there is a gentle yoga & pilates class also available on Saturdays at 9am-10.30am.
Sue is a qualified Yoga & Pilates Teacher, registered with Yoga Australia. Some health fund rebates apply.
