AFP head letter to PM inspired by 'reports of alleged perpetrator'

Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell says the letter from the AFP Commissioner to the Prime Minister - urging people with complaints to go to police first - was not inspired by former Liberal staffer Brittany Higgins’ decision to go public.
