Woman falls from cliff

A WOMAN may have spinal injuries after falling 8m from a cliff at Wappa Falls near Nambour on Sunday about 6.45pm. She was winched by a Queensland fire and rescue vertical rescue team up the cliff face to the road.

The woman, 43, was treated by paramedics at the scene and taken to Nambour Hospital with suspected spinal injuries.
