We’re a little bit country at the Show

AUSTRALIAN country music sweethearts the McClymonts will grace the stage at this year's Gympie Show as they launch the count down to the Gympie Music Muster.

The three sisters have been named the 2014 Muster's official ambassadors and will perform live at the show next Friday as part of the Muster's official launch to the Gympie region community.

The trio have invited Muster fans to "come and join us alongside more than 100 other artists for what is a great four days of rocking music and good times" at the music event, which new general manager Jeff Chandler says will be one of the strongest community, family and charity-focused events in years.

He said this year's Muster would have a special focus on emerging and Australian talent as the festival gets back to its roots and rocks Amamoor State Forest from August 28-31.

The McClymonts will make a guest appearance at the show on people's day, Friday, May 16, on stage from 3pm.
