Weather gods no help

Baitrunner had just the one trip offshore since last report although but were back on the water yesterday.

The winds have been up and down and all over the place for the last seven days but have mostly been from the southwest, straight off the snow in NSW.

Last Saturday, the last day of the Rainbow Beach Family Fishing Classic, Baitrunner didn't travel far at all for a terrific catch of mainly snapper and squire.

All crew members took home the bag limit.

Pearl perch were also landed along with parrot, moses perch, maori cod and gold spot cod.

Things aren't looking good for Baitrunner in the coming week.

The weather over the next few days looks to be windy again so it could be another write off for the weekend.

Let's hope the weather improves over the coming weeks and we can get back on on the water.

Till next week - good fishing.
