Vehicle stolen from Coles Creek
GYMPIE police are appealing for information about a vehicle stolen at 9am on Friday from Coles Creek.
The vehicle is a 1999 Ford Falcon sedan green in colour.
The paintwork looking weathered, bearing Queensland vehicle registration 812JNQ.
A male person was observed walking outside the property near the driveway for a short period of time before entering the property and entering the vehicle.
It is believed the male then drove off towards the Bruce Hwy towards Noosa.
The male is described as Caucasian in appearance, about 40-years-old and withsome facial hair, a tall/skinny build and scruffy in appearance.
He was reported as wearing a black/grey tracksuit pants and black/grey t-shirt.
This is a timely reminder to car owners not to leave your keys in the ignition and always remember to take with you your wallet or other valuables.
