Two men charged with rape in Biloela

TWO men have appeared before Biloela Magistrates Court charged with rape.

The men appeared separately and were represented by different lawyers, with magistrate Mark Morrow adjourning each of their cases to different dates.

One of the men was charged with rape and assault occasioning bodily harm, and is scheduled to appear again in court on November 16.

The second man was charged with rape, possession of dangerous drugs and utensils and contravention of release conditions, and had his matters adjourned to December 14.
