Two crashes in two days

TWO crashes in as many days have left one in hospital and another with a ticket.

The first incident saw a man transported to Nambour Hospital on Wednesday after he rolled his vehicle on its side along Old Noosa Road at Traveston about 6.30pm.

A Gympie police spokesperson said the man had minor injuries and police were still investigating.

Yesterday two drivers walked from a crash with no injuries after a truck and car collided on Normanby Bridge about 10.30am.

Police said there was moderate damage to the car.

The truck’s driver was issued with a ticket for failing to give way.
