Editorial: Times to help save dollars

THE Gympie Times kicks off its Costbusters series today in an effort to help readers make the most of their money.

The Gympie region has one of the lowest average incomes in the country, and hopefully this eight-week series will help readers do more with their money and maybe even save a little.

Over the coming weeks there will be plenty of tips and hints on how to make your dollar stretch further but we also need your help. The Gympie Times is after people who have battled and managed to get ahead.

We want your stories and ways you have managed to get through in tough times.

If you would like to share a story with the Gympie region let us know.

Email: editor@gympietimes your tips and we could come and do a story.
