Dance party time warp

WITH ABBA, Michael Jackson and Bon Jovi on the playlist, the dancefloor is the place to be at Retro Rewind.

The dance party will fill Studio 188 with the best music for the '60s, '70s and '80s on March 10.

Featuring tunes from Dusty Springfield, Skyhooks, Elvis, Boney M, Talking Heads and more, it will be a treat for music buffs and dancing Queens alike.

Hosted by Kristian Fletcher, the event will blast the biggest music videos of the eras on a big screen from 6-9pm.

Any it would not be a retro party without dress ups.

Pop, rock, glam, funk and disco is the dress code for the night.

"Trip the light fantastic with 30 years of classic songs," Fletcher said. "Catch three hours of non-stop music videos on the big screen."

Fletcher has presented retro music events in Brisbane for over seventeen years and has recently expanded to Ipswich.

With dancefloor and licensed bar, tickets to Retro Rewind are $10 excluding a booking fee. Groups of four receive a special discount.
