Standout performer highlighted with award

GYMPIE retail manager Holly Lette has been rewarded for her passion with a prestigious award.

The manager of Autograph, located within Centro Gympie, is part of the Speciality Fashion Group and was named Manager of the Year late last month.

Ms Lette was presented the award by Speciality Fashion Group CEO Garry Perlstein on October 22 at the Crowne Plaza at Sydney's Coogee Beach.

Speciality Fashion Group overarches 900 stores company-wide and five brands.

The gala dinner was all glitz and ceremony and Ms Lette was given the award based on her strong leadership qualities.

Speciality Fashion Group retail manager Kaylene Kearney was full of praise for Ms Lette.

"The award is based on the best overall performing stores within all the brands of Speciality Fashion Group," Ms Kearney said.

"Holly and her team won every award in Queensland and the nation for Autograph.

"The winner needs to be a strong leader within her store, region and brand.

"They must have the passion and live the values of the company."

Ms Kearney said the Autograph manager had the utmost respect not only within the Autograph brand but was a leader within all the brands of the Speciality Fashion Group."

Ms Lette started with Gympie Autograph as a part-time sales assistant and was promoted to manager in February 2009.

Winning the award was a highlight of her retail career.

"It feels truly amazing," Ms Lette said. "I was so honoured to win and I just partied all night and celebrated it with everyone that was there. We had a blast."

Ms Lette said she hoped to continue achieving her goals.

"I am looking forward to learning more and helping others on my journey with Speciality Fashion Group," she said.
