Staff member at take-away threatened for cash

A TAKE-away store in Boronia Heights was held up with what is believed to have been a firearm last night.

Police say a man has entered the Parklands Drive store around 7:50pm and threatened a staff member

The staff member has complied with demands and the man left the store with a sum of cash. 

The man is described as in his late teens, 185 cm tall, slim build and Caucasian in appearance.

The staff member was not physically injured.
