
Speeding driver tells police 'I was running out of fuel'
A MAN busted doing 164km/h on the New England Hwy near Stanthorpe has told police he was speeding because he was "running out of fuel".
Stanthorpe Police pulled over the Holden Sedan at Thulimbah at 5pm yesterday.
