Shootings believed targeted at Muslim families
POLICE are investigating two incidents that occurred on Friday night in Brisbane's Mount Gravatt East.
Initial information suggests that a firearm was discharged into a house on Kentish Street around midnight.
There was also a shot that was fired into a vehicle which is believed to be linked.
Police have denied the shots are related to the recent counter-terrorist raids but both the house and the car are reported to belong to Muslim families.
Investigations are continuing.
