RAINBOW Ocean Palms Resort at Rainbow Beach has been listed on Star Ratings Australia's Gold List of Australian Accommodation, making it one of the best accommodation providers in the country.

The boutique apartment complex has been included in the top ten tourism properties on the Sunshine Coast achieving consistently high ratings for best overall guest experience.

The Gold List of Australian Accommodation compiles reviews of Star Rated properties from hundreds of travel review websites to find the best accommodation as rated by travellers.

It includes six categories of accommodation: hotels, hosted accommodation, self-catering, motels, caravan-holiday parks and serviced apartments, which are listed nationally as well as by state, capital city and region to allow travellers to find the best accommodation, anywhere in the country.

Rainbow Ocean Palms Resort manager Mark Beech said that he is thrilled his business has been included in a list reserved for prominent tourism properties that achieve the highest guest scores from not just one review site but multiple sites.

"This top ten listing is fantastic recognition of our commitment to offering a unique experience to guests that stay with us in Rainbow Beach. We love investing in our guests and ensuring that their stay at Rainbow Ocean Palms, as well as their time spent in our beautiful town is the best possible experience for them. We want people to enjoy a memorable escape from the everyday. We know our guests appreciate this boutique, personalised service and now this award provides broader recognition of our efforts,” Mr Beech said.

"We always aim to provide an exceptional experience for our guests so we were thrilled to be included on the Gold List. Recommendations from past guests and via review websites are an important marketing tool for us and provide prospective guests with confidence that their expectations will be met,” he said.

"Australian travellers can trust that anyone featured in the Gold List will always exceed their expectations,” Michael Reed CEO of Star Ratings Australia, added.
