Parkhurst pleads guilty

PHOTOGRAPHER Jennifer Parkhurst today pleaded guilty to 46 charges of feeding and interfering with dingoes on Fraser Island.

She was alleged to have fed the animals coconuts, apples, mangoes, dog food and roast chicken while she worked on the island in 2008 and 2009.

Parkhurst was fined $40,000 and given a nine-month jail term, wholly suspended for three years.
