Paramedics called after child gets stuck in basketball hoop
POLICE rescue and paramedics have been called to a Northern Rivers school after a student got stuck in a basketball hoop.
A NSW Ambulance spokesman said paramedics were called to the school about 9am.
"We received a report that a student had pulled a basketball hoop over themselves and can't get it off," the spokesman said.
The spokesman said it appeared the basketball ring wasn't attached to a backboard.
Police rescue are responding to remove the basketball hoop.
