MINOR car accidents don't usually get a lot of attention in the media but when your car cost $200,000 it's going to attract attention.

Police were called to a minor crash on the Maroochydore off ramp of the Bruce Highway at Forest Glen yesterday after a driver crashed his luxury Lamborghini Murciélago

The driver lost control of the car while heading on to the highway.

No one was injured in the crash apart from the man's bank account.

It's expected the car will cost tens of thousands of dollars to fix.

What's worse is it's been reported that the 2007 model car was uninsured.

The driver was also fined by police for failing to drive with due care and attention.
