Online mega sales to offer mega bargains through November

THE days of the Boxing Day sale may be numbered as consumers increasingly make their purchases online and new dates such Singles Day, Click Frenzy, Black Friday and Cyber Monday emerge as the key dates for web-based-bargain hunters.

The days are all sales which happen annually in offshore markets such as the US or China - Single's Day (November 11) was pioneered by the China based Ali Baba, Black Friday happens on November 25 in the US and Cyber Monday  -also from America - is on Novmebr 28.

And as Fairfax media reports shoppers in Australia will look keenly to snag some serious bargains ahead of the Christmas rush.

Next Tuesday some of the bargains on offer will include discounts of up to 99 per cent on a limited number of products, including the 55" Samsung UltraHD LED LCD Smart TV, for $10 including shipping (RRP $1295), the Fitbit Alta, for $1 (RRP $199) and the PlayStation 4, for $3 including shipping (RRP $349).
