Two dead in Noosa road tragedy

TWO young men have been killed in a horrific two-vehicle crash in the Noosa hinterland just before 4pm yesterday  afternoon.

The men, both aged 19,  died after a two vehicle crash at Tinbeerwah.

They were both passengers in a east-bound white sedan that was involved in a crash with a people-mover vehicle towing a boat.

One of the men was taken to Nambour Hospital in a critical condition but died while being treated.

The white vehicle’s 19-year-old driver has superficial injuries.

The driver of the other vehicle was not seriously injured.
