Baskin-Robbins eyes Gympie

BASKIN-ROBBINS has earmarked Gympie as a suitable town for a new store as it is located in a promising area with good potential for long-term growth.

As well as bringing the world’s favourite ice cream to Gympie, the new store presents a great business opportunity and new employment prospects.

Following a visit by Nigel Travis, CEO of Dunkin’ Brands, the parent company of Baskin-Robbins, to Australia earlier this year, Baskin-Robbins is in a growth phase and is looking to open a number of new stores around Australia in the next 12 months.

“This is an exciting time for Baskin-Robbins in Australia,” Baskin-Robbins development manager Trent Graham said.

“We are looking for people who are passionate and want to take on a new and exciting challenge.

“Australia’s local and regional communities, with their enormous business and development potential, are the perfect place to start.

“We want to bring the fun and excitement of Baskin-Robbins to Gympie, and are looking for a partner to help us do it.”

As well as south-east Queensland, Baskin-Robbins is exploring locations in Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Northern Queensland, Sydney, regional New South Wales and Perth.

For more information on franchise opportunities, contact Mr Graham on 0417 077 633 or visit http://www.baskinrobbins.com.au.
