Meals on wheels mixing with best

GYMPIE Meals on Wheels is ready to mix it with the best!

Thanks to a generous donation from Gympie Apex the staff at Meals on Wheels now have a giant mixer/whisk to help prepare food at the Gympie premises.

This impressive $1300 mixer stands nearly 900mm high and allows staff to make soup in their 40lt kettle with ease.

Gympie Meals on Wheels manager Paul Worsfield says that staff all want the soup-making jobs now that they can mix it up in minutes.

More and more clients receive meals daily from Gympie Meals with Kilkivan, Wolvi and Goomeri soon to be included in the area serviced.

This innovative device will make food preparation a breeze.
