Mary what?

PREMIER Anna Bligh will jet around the world in a lot less than 80 days, but in 150 days she still has not kept her promise to visit the Mary Valley, Gympie MP David Gibson said yesterday.

“One hundred and fifty days have passed since the Premier promised she would be ‘meeting with appropriate organisations and individuals in the Mary Valley’ to discuss plans for the now abandoned Traveston Dam site,” he said.

“Since the Premier uttered those words she has clocked up the frequent flier points visiting Moscow, St Petersburg, India, Abu Dhabi, New York and Los Angeles.

“She has made plans to visit Chile, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Canada and Chicago,” Mr Gibson said.
