Man found dead on the Warrego Highway

POLICE are investigating after a deceased man was located on the Warrego Highway at Helidon around 3.50am this morning.

Initial investigations suggest the man may have been struck by a vehicle.

The Warrego Highway is currently closed in both directions with diversion in place.

Investigations are continuing.
