TRAVELLING the country in a motor home is a dream usually reserved for the retired.

But for Lisa Curry, it is a dream come true.

The 50-year-old and her partner Joel Walkenhorst will pack their lives into a camper at the end of the year for a round-Australia trip to spread the message of healthy living.

Lisa's goal over the coming few years is to reduce the growing obesity crisis crippling the country and curb heart disease.

"I'm not putting my life on hold ... this is my life. It's been a dream forever to do this," she said.

"The road show is an opportunity to travel around Australia and do what I do best in all these regional areas.

"I want to spend a whole week in each town with the people ... they will get the absolute maximum amount of my time I can give them. It's going to be fantastic."

Lisa said she wanted to take the lessons incorporated in the Keep It Simple Sweetheart Club, her online personal training business, and share them with the country.

"I want to change people's attitude to food, their eating and amount of activity they're doing.

"I want to leave them with the knowledge and tools that they can continue on with so they can get results."
