Lawyer for cold case murder accused seeks police brief

THE lawyer for a Warwick man allegedly involved in the cold case murder of a mother and two daughters has today requested a police brief.

Solicitor Terry O'Gorman represented for 76-year-old Vincent O'Dempsey, who is in custody, in the Brisbane Magistrates Court.

He and Garry Reginald Dubois, 67, face deprivation of liberty and other charges on top of murder, in relation to Barbara McCulkin and her daughters Leanne and Vicki's disappearances from their Brisbane home on January 16, 1974.

Mr O'Dempsey's matter was adjourned to February 2 and Mr Dubois' matter was adjourned to February 16 for call-over.
