Kendall: ‘Don’t give me s**t about acne’

KENDALL Jenner has hit back at social media haters who criticised her walking the Golden Globes red carpet with acne.

Jenner slammed her critics via Twitter after one commenter praised her for attending the awards with visible pimples.

The model and reality star tweeted "never let that s**t stop you!" with a sunglasses-covered emoji and a star.

Jenner's words came after another fan tweeted her support: "OK but @KendallJenner showing up and strutting her acne while looking like a gorgeous star is what every girl needs to understand."

Jenner has been open about her skin struggles in the past.

In 2015 she took to her now-defunct website to speak about her acne and how it affected her self-confidence.

"Where it really impacted me was how self-conscious I became about it. It completely ruined my self esteem."

Jenner revealed she felt like "such an outcast" and covered her face when she spoke to people to draw attention away from the blemishes.

She also said that she still felt "a little bit self conscious" about her skin when she had a breakout but she "realised that it's a part of life for some people and it doesn't define who you are".

Jenner also posted a video, produced by Vogue, of her getting ready for the Globes.

"Honoured and humbled to attend the Golden Globes with @VogueMagazine. My eyes were opened and my heart is full seeing all of the men and women who were part of this vital change! I too stand with all women. #TimesUp."
