Jaws of life save child

A KIN Kin child was rescued from a playground by Gympie firefighters after getting stuck on Wednesday about 4.45pm.

The girl, 2, was playing with her family at the park at One Mile when she slipped and her head became lodged between some climbing equipment.

Fireys raced to the scene and used the jaws of life to bend the bars back and release the toddler.
