THE International Rally of Queensland is seeking a large number of volunteer officials to make the event a success for the Sunshine Coast.
The rally, to be held through May 25-27 at Caloundra, Pomona and Imbil, is the third round of the FIA Asia-Pacific Rally Championship.
It also qualifies as a round of each of the Australia and Queensland Rally Championships.
The event is expected to attract more than 100 teams from China, Japan, India, New Zealand, Malaysia, Indonesia, New Caledonia, Scotland and Sweden as well as crews from across Australia.
It is expected to bring more than $5 million of economic benefit to Caloundra and the Sunshine Coast.
Anyone interested in volunteering for the event should contact IROQ officials co-ordinator Belinda Howard on 0412 838 964.
