Live baiting scandal claims another trainer

GREYHOUND trainer Ian Ross Hoggan is the latest person to be brought to court over charges stemming from the live baiting scandal.

At Ipswich Magistrates Court yesterday, the 63-year-old from Churchable was charged with one count of serious animal cruelty.

The matter was adjourned for May 18.

At least seven other trainers have appeared at the Ipswich Courthouse to answer for similar charges.
