Chamber aims to aid employers

THE Gympie Chamber of Commerce continues in its aim to represent all businesses in the region.

Next week the chamber is holding a free breakfast for the region's employers to provide them with information to assist them in gaining all the support available when taking on new employees.

The free breakfast is being held at the Gympie DSL at 7am on Wednesday, April 4.

Register for the breakfast and the following morning tea by logging on to the chamber website at gympiechamber.com.au and search for RSVP Breakfast Meeting.

Recently the Chamber organised forums for members and the public to have their say about the current push to have trading hours extended and last week was a forum on the election.
