Friends, family pay tribute to ‘angel’ killed in crash

Heartbroken family and friends have shared special messages for a young Charters Towers girl who was killed in a horrific crash.

Paige Gallon, 17, was killed on Monday night when a car she was travelling in rolled on the Flinders Highway.

Three other passengers were rushed to hospital, but Paige did not survive.

A 21-year-old man who was flown to Townsville University Hospital after the crash was discharged on Tuesday.

Floral tributes were placed at the scene yesterday afternoon.

Her mother, Nikki Gallon shared a special message to her daughter on social media.

"Love you so so so much my girl if only I could talk to you but I can't life is so cruel and I love you," she wrote to her Facebook page.
