
Fireys sent on false call to fire at mine

FIRE crews were sent to Mount Morgan mine around 11am this morning with reports from a nearby resident there was smoke coming from the area.
Upon fireys arrival to the mine, it was discovered there were three evaporative fans on and they had been mistaken for smoke.
