BRISBANE has blossomed into a fashion destination, catering for luxury-label lovers to those after fun and fancy-free delights.

With stores to suit all tastes across the city, it's the perfect excuse to extend a trip to the capital and get lost in style.

In Queen Street Mall shoppers can choose from QueensPlaza, home to David Jones, Wintergarden featuring Dinosaur Designs, Coach and Mecca Maxima among others, MacArthur Central and the Myer Centre.

Brisbanites have flocked to recent openings of international retail giants including Uniqlo, Zara, H&M, Forever 21 and Top Shop.

A few steps farther is Edward Street, home to luxe designers Chanel, Gucci, Hugo Boss and the hub for special gifts and jewellery from Paspaley, Cartier, Bulgari, Tiffany & Co, Canturi, Montblanc, Hermes, Louis Vuitton and Tag Heuer.

Around the corner in Adelaide Street are funky finds from Gorman and Zimmermann, local favourite Maiocchi, divine beauty products at Aesop and eco-friendly gifts galore at Biome.
