Emergency services rush to crash west of Chinchilla

UPDATE: A MAN has escaped without serious injury after a single vehicle crash on the Warrego Highway.

A Queensland Police spokesperson said the male driver had initially appeared hurt due to blood on his face.

The spokesperson said after inspection by paramedics it was found the injury was the result of a bitten lip.

EARLIER: EMERGENCY services are rushing to a car crash on the Warrego Highway, 7km west of Chinchilla.

Police, paramedics and firefighters were called to the accident around 6.10pm.
