Easter road blitz to start this Thursday

THE Queensland Police Service's Easter Road Safety Campaign commences next Thursday, April 2.

All across the Central Police Region, police are committed to stopping road crashes and making Queensland a safer place to live, work and do business.

Within the Wide Bay Burnett District the police will be working with their colleagues in Queensland Ambulance Service and Queensland Fire and Emergency Services, so listen, read and watch your local media to keep up to date.

Wherever you're driving to, the police need your assistance in spreading the road safety message.

Why not spread the message to your family, friends, employees and colleagues or even print a flyer and attach it to your business notice board or customer waiting area?

Road safety is everybody's future and people need to remember that road crashes injure and kill hundreds of Queensland road users every year.

Don't let this happen to you.
