Man who passed out in car refused breath test

A SOUTHSIDE man who passed out in his car lost his licence for 12 months and was fined $1150 for being in charge of a vehicle while drunk outside the Jockey Club on December 13.

Robert John White, 47, blew 0.148 at Gympie police station after he failed to give a breath test at his car after four attempts, which was reflected in the fine when he was charged with failing to provide a specimen.
