Dancing with the Devils kicks off

GYMPIE Senior Citizens Centre is set to be Gympie’s glamour central when eight boofy Devils rugby league players hit the dance floor for the inaugural Dancing with the Devils.

Brad English, Ben Ashford, Jarryd Gorman, Jos Koroibulu, Riley McDowell, Ben Harney, Tobs Viravu and Mitch Heaton will team up with glamorous partners to tackle the salsa and gypsy tap.

The eight couples will be critiqued by international dance judge and garden edge layer Phil Webb, dance enthusiast and firewood chopper Steve Jackson and hairstylist to the stars Carolanne Verity.

The night will be run in a Dancing with the Stars format with each judge scoring each couple out of 10 for every dance.

The winner will take home the prestigious Dancing with the Devils trophy.

Dancing with the Devils is on Saturday May 1.

Entry is $10 per person, with full bar facilities and light supper.
