Dead man found in boat fire wreck

A DEAD body has been found in the burnt-out wreck of a boat in Beachmere this morning.

Early reports suggest that shortly after 12am the boat caught fire within a Beachmere Road business. 

Emergency services extinguished the fire before finding the man's body.

Investigations into the cause of the blaze and the death are continuing.

There is no further information available at this time.
