AS anyone who's ever owned a dog, cat, budgie or goldfish knows, a pet is just as much a part of the family as everyone else. That includes the crazy aunt that keeps sending you gifts of over-sized underwear and cards filled with glitter.

So with the Christmas season in full swing, we thought it would be nice to pay tribute to those special members of our families - both the furry and not-so-furry kind.
