Cats desperate for a win

AFTER 11 rounds of the Sunshine Coast Division 3 AFL competition, the Gympie Cats are yet to notch a victory and post a single point on the leader board.

Just three rounds remain and the possibility of the wooden spoon and being kept winless for the season is haunting the side.

Today, the Gympie side shapes up to Noosa away and has its best chance of scoring a win.

Noosa is running second last on the ladder, just in front of bottom-placed Gympie.
