Car on fire north of Ipswich

Police and firefighters have been called to the scene of a car fire north of Ipswich this morning.

The fire from the vehicle spread into a small area of grassland at Bells Rd, Pine Mountain, about 7.45am.

Firefighters extinguished the blaze and left the scene about 8.15am.

There are no reports of injury.

Police are investigating the cause of the blaze.
