Business workshop in Gympie

GYMPIE business owners are invited to attend a workshop next month to learn how to successfully tender for lucrative government business.

Department of Employment, Economic Development and Innovation Maryborough Centre director Bob Hockey said Tendering for government business was on March 9 at the Gympie TAFE Campus.

“It will help owner/operators tap into lucrative contracts for projects and help business to better understand the tender process,” he said.

“This workshop will be well worth the effort as government contracts can have a huge flow-on effect for business and their value-adding service providers.”

To book this workshop, contact the Maryborough Centre on 4121 1780 or go to www.regions.qld.gov.au/workshops and select Maryborough. Tendering for Government Business, costs $44, March 9, 7am-11am, Gympie TAFE, 71 Cartwright Road.
