Boy, 11, airlifted with head injury after motocross spill
AN 11-year-old boy with suspected head injuries has been airlifted from Glen Echo Park, north west of Gympie after crashing his trail bike.
It comes just two days after another motocross rider -- a man in his 20s -- was airlifted from Proston, northwest of Kingaroy, with a suspected broken pelvis.
Emergency services were called after he crashed the bike, hitting his head.
