Glennie Aquatic Centre bomb threat a hoax

THE Glennie Aquatic Centre bomb threat this morning was a hoax, said police. 

A Toowoomba policeman said that someone called in saying there was a bomb in the centre, however after police conducted a search of the building, found nothing. 

EARLIER: POLICE are responding to a bomb threat in Vacy Street in Newtown at the Glennie Aquatic Centre.

QPS are conducting a search of the location.
