ANGUS and Coote's have asked all high tea lovers to head down to Goldfields Plaza next Thursday morning when the shopping centre hosts a "biggest morning tea".

Helping to raise money for the Cancer Council, the event in its fifth year had a tasty morning tea and lunch planned, manager of Angus and Coote Helen Hall said.

"The food and drinks are provided by the retailers in the shopping centre," she said.

"The great selection of morning tea will be put together by Goldfields retailers and served by us, the managers.

"With the action kicking off at 9am and finishing at noon, the event will hopefully be a memorable one."

At a cost of $5 for morning tea and $10 for lunch, all proceeds will go directly to the Cancer Council to help fight cancer.

Helen said the morning tea would include a fashion parade, lucky prize and an award for the best dressed lady and gentleman.

"It's always great to see the colours of the fashion parade which is put on by the lovely staff at Goldfields," she said.

"Make sure to bring your finest tea cup or mug to enter the competition for another great prize."

To book tickets, phone Helen on 5483 7026 or drop into the Angus and Coote store.
