Art and coffee mix at Imbil

GALLERY Frit cafe in Imbil has taken off with improvements attracting artistic types from far and wide. They come to exhibit and browse in the gallery as well as taste the delightful organic espresso coffee. The cafe also hosts a wide variety of interesting displays.

Tarot readings will be available by appointment at the gallery for a short time, and exquisite mirror art and silk clothing is on display in the showroom until March 2.

Monte Lupo ceramic exhibition will begin this weekend and run to April 4. Kenilworth painter Elli Schlunke will hold a solo exhibition from May 5.

Pop in for a coffee, or one of Christina Allen's famous baked cheese cakes which have an ever-changing fruit topping, depending on what fruit is in season.

Gallery Frit is located 104 Yabba Rd, Imbil and is a quaint gallery in the main street next to the MVHR railway stop and across the track from the historic Railway Hotel.
