Appeals court slaps down Trump's travel ban again
A US court has slapped down Donald Trump's controversial travel ban, leaving in place an order that prevents the government from enforcing it.
A panel of three judges from the 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals denied the Trump administration's appeal against a temporary suspension of the president's executive order. This means the travel ban is still in limbo. The government will now likely take its appeal to the Supreme Court, where the ban's legality will be decided.

US District Judge James Robart in Seattle issued a temporary order halting the ban last week after two states, Washington and Minnesota, sued.
Mr Trump's executive order temporarily suspended America's refugee program and immigration from seven majority-Muslim countries that have raised terrorism concerns.
