AMBER ALERT: Boy, 4, taken from children's hospital

The Queensland Police Service is seeking urgent public assistance to help locate a four-year-old boy who was taken from the Lady Cilento Children's Hospital yesterday and is yet to be located.

Around 12:30pm on Thursday, a 28-year-old man and 26-year-old woman, known to the boy, were seen taking him from the hospital.

Police have serious concerns for his wellbeing as the boy suffers from a serious medical condition, which requires urgent and ongoing medical attention.

The boy, is described as Caucasian, with dark hair, of a slim build and is believed to be in a wheelchair as he can not walk unassisted.

They are believed to be travelling in a dark blue 2002 Honda CRV Wagon with Queensland Registration 785-WSL.
