All-time English record at Bridge

ENGLAND crushed the West Indies by nine wickets in the second Test at Trent Bridge and made some history in the process.

Victory gives England an unbeatable 2-0 lead in the three-Test series meaning Andrew Strauss's men have now won seven home series victories in a row - an all-time English record.

Chasing 107 to win on the final day, captain Strauss made 45 and Alastair Cook finished unbeaten on 43.
